WE ALL HAVE TALENTS (2)
 

Greatness is the heritage of all living Homo-sapiens. But too many individuals fall short of expressing their individual talents to its fullness because they have been made to believe only few people are blessed with talents. The misconception that talent is meant for a chosen few has led many to lead a life far below their potentials. Our talents gives us a chance to express our individuality. It gives us a voice. When we fail to recognize and build our talents the world fail to hear our voice and we become silenced in mediocrity. Human society is held together and supported by talented individuals. If you are not making use of your talent then you might not be among those who are shaping the existence of mankind. Our individual talents sets us apart for a special call, a special need that we are required to meet, that we are required to fulfill. Our talent make us locate our special place in the world. We all have talents. We all are equipped with the innate ability from birth but too many individuals as they grow older into adulthood wonder in the cloud of confusion because their lives lack meaning, because they are yet to discover what they really want to do in life. You don't realize how much gift you have until you start using it. We are all great people because each of us carry the seed of greatness. We all have the gift to touch souls.

We all possess the ability to change lives and drive the human society in a positive and progressive direction. Life delivers to us great responsibility which requires application of work. When some talented people exhibit excellence and are highly successful in their respective field if calling majority of individuals tend to attribute such talented individual successes to their talent and leave out the work part of it that made their talents receive so much attention and recognition. When some people see a talented dancer, talented musicians, talented doctors, talented lawyers, talented footballers, they tend to attribute their successes to talent alone and fail to acknowledge the determination, hard work, commitment, dedication that goes with such talents. Our talents gives us the opportunity to participate in shaping the lives of many and extend influences through out the world. Human society continue to evolve and prosper as a result of the individuals who are willing to participate in growing it by making productive use of their talents.

Talents alone can't change anything. It has to be supported with work and great values for it to add meaning to the lives of people. We overrate talents a lot and overlook the work that is required for it to grow. You have the right to participate in shaping the lives of mankind, in shaping the environment, in shaping the existence of other lower specie but your journey starts by seeing yourself as an important and worthy individual that is needed in bringing change in the lives of others. Most time when some individuals discover their talents, they feel so unworthy to have them as they judge themselves by their family background , poor educational background and some undesirable condition. Having realized you are an important and needed individual in the world you need to discover your talents. We have been made to believe talents are hidden and require effort on our part to search it out and this is the reason majority of individuals overlook that very thing they do without much stress and begin to work on that very thing they lack the natural ability to do. In any talent related topic I like to bring in this very important sentence" talent in their most undeveloped state often seek expression" in order to make the reader realize that talents are not hidden as they show themselves in what we love to do most. When people lack the idea of how what they love to do can be of value to other people they label themselves as people without talents. Gossips for instance was not considered as something of any value in the past. Today gossip has become commercialized and people who are interested in the lives of others, their stories, successes, failures, shortcomings their status and wealth have found a path for themselves in this line and the also contribute in shaping societies as they bring stories or events to mankind through their blogs. Nobody could have considered gossip as a talent in the first place but when the word commercial is placed behind it the concept change and we see it as mere entertainment. People who find pleasure in talking a lot may not see such ability as  a talent.  But indeed it is a talent that require such individual to locate a channel where such talents can be fully expressed and be of great value to other souls. Watching a lot of sports and engaging in sport related  discussion may not be considered as talent to many but it is actually a talent that require such individual  who is passionate about sport to look for channel of expression where such love ( talent) can add value to others and to himself. The passion for nature, sight seeing, mountains, oceans, beauty  has led many to embrace photography which enable them express their love well and also make them add values to souls. Ability to learn different languages is also a talent and such individuals can make use of such talents by being a translator or interpreter and as such  help minimize the language barrier which is a way of adding value to the human society.

Each of us are equipped with natural ability. No one is born empty. Each of us has affinity towards something and that is our true self. When you fail to align yourself with your calling in life you become separated from your true self and unhappiness, and the feeling of void becomes a life long companion. Talent is what you enjoy doing, what you love and what really connect you with work. Talent on the other hand is cheap. Developing or converting talent into skill requires lots of patience, commitment and hard work. Accept the true you, accept the place of your calling that is where you will find peace of mind and meaning.

  TALENT IS A DEVELOPED SKILL

The talent that expresses genius is a developed skill. Most time people tend to separate talent from skill by attributing the success of many great people people to their talents alone. The misconception has led many to believe they are   "talentless" people because they don't operate on the same level of genius as others who have gained recognition and attention in their various field of endeavor. Those who exhibit excellence in their field of interest are those who have developed their innate ability into skills.

Converting talent into skills does not come cheap. Talent alone is cheap. It requires no effort and one does not need to pay so much attention to details when expressing ones innate ability. For example having a natural affinity for cooking may not require so much detail on the part of the individual but working in a five start restaurant as a talented chef requires so much skills on your part. Having a innate ability for photography may not require one to pay so much attention to detail but becoming a professional photographer requires so much skills. For you to make meaningful impact your natural ability (talent) must be converted into skill and this requires work on your part. Most time it is not because we lack the ability to improve our talents but because we have failed to commit to learning which is required for our talents to be converted into skill. Although we say talent is something that comes easy to us. That is very true. But developing that talent  into skill in order for it to be of great commercial value requires hard work and can be very challenging as it opens to us even more challenges that requires greater work as we advance in our field of interest. But our passion keeps us strong and make us confront any possible challenges that may arise in our journey towards improving our innate ability in order for us to impact greatly in the lives of others and connect with souls.

You might have a natural ability for singing but for you to arrive at the level of a genius you need to convert your talent into skill. There is a portion that is suitable for every social specie to really thrive and make their individual voices to be heard. That portion is their niche. That portion can only be occupied or attained when the individual recognize what they carry within them. Our triumph begins with listening to that voice that calls our attention to our true self. Skill is that vehicle that bring talent into stardom. The world is full of people with talents but what the world really need is people with skills. Talent alone can't effect a desirable change in the lives of people but when converted into skill the reward is enormous.

                     WE ALL HAVE TALENTS

The reason for our existence is not just to occupy space and die at the end of our journey here on earth without creating positive change in the lives of humanity by changing ourselves first which can be achieved by the discovery of that latent ability called talent. It is a popular belief that talents are hidden and man has to search it out in order to make the best use of it. This popular belief have made some individuals form a personal belief that they are born without a talent after many failed attempt to discover what their talent really is. The truth is that talents are not hidden as they seek expression through the actions we take each day of our lives. Talents are never hidden as they give us clues through the actions we enjoy doing. They are often in their embryonic state when not fully maximized or utilized by its possessor.

Most time some individuals are confused about weather they have talents and often overlook those things they enjoy doing and are willing to do even if they don't get an applause doing them. As a result of overlooking their latent ability they make no conscious effort to develop them. As a result of neglecting their inner power and concentrating on their weaknesses they struggle through life as they lost touch with passion, joy, fulfillment, satisfaction which are the emotional elements an individual benefits when they are in their place of assignment (purpose) in life. Having talent is one thing, but an individual can only attain the level of genius when he consciously build that talent. People who consciously develop their talent (strength) are those who with time attain high level of professionalism in their field of interest and give maximum value as well. 

The truth is we all have talents and talents often seek outlets  or a form of expression. Perhaps you love singing, perhaps you love reading, perhaps you love playing the piano, guitar,violin, perhaps you love photography, perhaps you love sewing, perhaps you love engaging in sporting activities,perhaps you love painting, drawing, perhaps you love sitting before the computer, but these talents can only fulfill a need when they are fully applied. For example as long as reading a book help expand the mind of an individual the knowledge accumulated can remain in its latent form if it is not well applied. Hence our talent can only bring value to humanity when we apply them in useful work. The individual who is a voracious reader and a hunter of knowledge may not consider this as a talent if he fails to locate a niche where he can fully express this talent. Such individual can fully express his talent and make it something of useful value when he decides to bless humanity through  speaking, teaching or writing. Do you wonder why they say no knowledge is a waste? This is because knowledge you acquire often seek expression in what you do. Accumulating knowledge without expressing it only make the individual a walking encyclopedia. For instance writing for me is my strength and my knowledge of biochemistry is not a waste as it finds expression in my writing which makes my writing style unique. Perhaps you studied law in school but you have passion for acting. Your knowledge in law can always find expression in your acting skills. Perhaps you studied art in school but you have passion for baking and designing cakes. Your knowledge in art can seek full expression through your cake. Today artistic concept is now employed in the designing of cakes unlike before where cakes only take the shape of containers with little designs on it. Perhaps you love meeting new people and you easily engage them in a meaningful conversion, this talents can seek full expression in sales and marketing when it is deliberately or consciously developed. Perhaps you studied philosophy but you find satisfaction and joy in doing music. Your knowledge in philosophy can always seek outlet or expression in your lyrics. Recognizing your talents, developing it and mixing it with knowledge gained from a particular field or other field you find interest in makes your talent a unique one and that is what makes you a genius in your field of interest.

Perhaps you are still not certain if you really have a talent, below are the possible ways to discover your God's given talents:

1. What do find joy doing everyday?
2. What do you love doing and could do for free without being paid.
3. What gives you a sense of responsibility or unrest each time you don't engage it for a while?
4. What do you keep doing even when people around you don't notice you do or seem to give you applause or praise for doing it
5. What do you get so emotionally connected to when you engage it?
6. What brings you so much delight, satisfaction, a sense of completeness, fulfillment and come with little stress or no stress at all even when you struggle to be skillful in it?
7. What brings you happiness, a sense of worth each time you engage it?

                                                                                              THE ROOT OF VIOLENCE

                                          

 Most time when people make choices they usually don't weigh the consequences of  the choices they make because the consequences that follows the choices they make don't affect them directly. Individuals make choices, nations make choices. War for example is a destructive choice that disrupt societal bond, increase loss of trust, damage hopes and dreams, grow the seed of revenge in many others and increase violence tendencies among many affected people. War has made many children orphans, many wives widows, many husbands widowers, war has made many outcast, many refugees, many street girls who rely on prostitution and charity for survival. In the world where bankers, nurses, engineers, doctors, lawyers are emerging the same world is making terrorists, gang members, drug addicts, professional robbers and thieves. While many people are occupying the presidential position, chairmanship positions,  CEO position  in many multinational  corporations, many others are filling the prison yards, rehabilitation centers for many alcohol and drug related problems, many are sentenced to death for committing murder and many choose to be a suicide bomber.

Most time we wonder why the world is full of people who commit violent act and we tend to blame them for all the ills that take place in the society and the world at large and exclude the fact that each of us at one point in our lives have set a chain of " cause" in motion which come back to us in the society as violence, terrorism, pain, suffering as a result of how we choose to treat others. It is often said that the problem of man is man himself. Each of us at one point in our lives have sown the seed of violence in the mind of many whom we consider low to us by virtue of the position we hold. Today many orphans end up in the streets as a result of being treated with so much disdain and disregard by relatives who only are interested in the property of the deceased. Such are those whose conscience and common sense has been lost to greed without regard to human lives. Such are those who subject orphans to ill treatment. Today children many of which are babies are abandoned, neglected, and left for death by many young girls who lack the inbuilt mechanism called conscience which guide good behavior. Many homeless girls ( street girls) who have absolutely no idea of what it takes to be parent are forced to become mothers by those who seem to have no control over their libido.

The health of many societies are crumbling as a growing bodies of terrorists are emerging and recruiting new members many of which are outcast, homeless children, vagabonds, gang members, and many helpless drug addicts on the streets which keep violence on the up roar. This is the root of violence. They want to get back at the society that treat them with so much hate, neglect, cruelty and suffering. They want to get back at the society that harass them sexually. They want to get back at the society that use many of them as ritual lambs. This is the reality of the world we live in today as a result of the choices each and everyone of us make. Many countries today try to stop violence without paying attention to the root. To put an end to terrorism it has to be addressed from the root. Violence is often a result of growing seeds of revenge that many homeless children carry around in the form of pain, anger, hate against the society that treat them with so much disregard, rejection and disdain.

Human being by default has the tendency to seek revenge but the inbuilt mechanism called conscience by virtue of moral upbringing make many constructively direct their revenge. Many who strongly adhere scriptural advice have learned to revenge in a more constructive way by being good and kind to those who treat them so unfairly. Doing this, those who treat them unfairly get hurt on the inside. The inbuilt mechanism called conscience is what regulate human behavior and it grows when morality increasingly get incorporated into  our character. When we break our moral code our inbuilt mechanism is the first to judge us by exposing us to some range of negative emotions that accompanies such bad behavior. Many of these children growing up in the street settings are exposed to starvation, malnutrition, neglect, pain, suffering, physical abuse and psychological torture. As a result of not growing in a proper family setting they are void of moral upbringing that develop character and grow conscience. Hence they lack conscience and character. As a result of pain and suffering such  child encounter daily, hate, resentment and revenge grow in him against humanity as his hope, ambition and future are damaged due to lost of parents in war and terrorism. He is forced to rely on charity for survival.  Strangers walk past him with little or no compassion and most time grudgingly drop coins in his "bowl" which he carries around for dual purpose( feeding and collection of money) and the same bowl often serves a third purpose as he use it to protect his head from the harsh weather condition on a hot sunny day.

Today many terrorist group are busy recruiting many of these street kids by brainwashing and taking advantage of their vulnerable nature. They are increasingly using them in various parts of the world to serve a destructive end against humanity. They tell him humanity is evil, mean, wicked, and as such unworthy to live. As a result of the experience he had gathered on the street he easily succumb to this ill belief and revenge increasingly grow in him. The child who should be given a book, is given a gun. The child who should be in the classroom facing the chalk board and absorbing the letters before him, is in the open field armed with a grenade and is taught how to shoot a gun by some terrorist group. The child who should be in the chemistry lab mixing chemicals, absorbing knowledge  and finding solutions to the ailment that befall mankind is in the terrorist camp studying many toxic chemicals that make up the bullet which he uses against humanity. This is the root of violence. If these problems are not addressed from the root , the rise of the child terrorist will continue  and many innocent individuals will keep going on their early demise.

I PUFF VEGETABLE, YOU EAT VEGETABLE

As a result of trying to escape from negative emotions like depression, fear,shame etc, many have made destructive choices which put them in a much worst state than they bargained for. It is often said that the freedom to choose is the power available to all mankind but this power can be destructively used when the individual lack information( knowledge) and emotional maturity ( judgement skill). Logic fail, common sense becomes unattainable, far from reach and unable to fulfill its purpose when a man is under the spell of the emotion called "love". Man's ability to utilise the knowledge available to him comes from his ability to manage his emotion productively. Our choices are often guided by our emotions and intellect. Our ability to make the right choice is improved when we arrive that height of emotional maturity. Most time people indulge in bad habit not because they lack information but because they lack power and power comes from the ability to use the information available  to them. The extent to which people use information available to them is in relation to how matured they have become emotionally. Hence man grow in wisdom when knowledge is rightfully applied through improved judgement skill.

Many individuals out of their inability to understand what negative emotions have come to teach them have made poor choices by suppressing such emotions using certain vegetable products just to get away from the persistent torment and torture from such emotions. One man lost his job and the next thing he thinks is to depend on alcohol just to escape depression. What such man fail to realise is that he is setting himself up for addiction. Many young people in an attempt to escape depression crack up their future, hopes and dreams as they enjoy the crackling sound that comes from melting of white rock(cocaine) on fire. That crackling sound at the other end of the bargain often prove to be unexciting anyway as it is full of regret, pain and sorrow.

Vegetable as innocent as it is has sent many to rehabilitation centres, has broken many homes, has made many homeless, has made many lost their mind, has made many street wanderers, has sent many to jail, has made many strangers to loved ones,  and has led to the early extinction of many. Man keep blaming vegetables for the ills that befall him. When he slap his wife, vegetable takes the blame. When he drive recklessly as a result of loosing motor coordination, vegetable takes the blame. Vegetable is not evil in itself but man made it evil by converting it into cocaine, alcohol, heroine,ecstasy,methamphetamine, etc which he excessively indulge and become its willing slave. One man in his esteem ignorance and foolishness and who have poor knowledge  of the effect of nicotine, cocaine and mariguana on his health claim to know more than the physician by boastfully declaring on the top of his voice and getting the attention of many who cares to listen " I PUFF VEGETABLE, YOU EAT VEGETABLE" we both take vegetable only in different ways.  What such man fail to understand is that while one vegetable cleanse the bowel and purify the internal environment , the other vegetable poisons his system, weaken the integrity of his lung and expose him to many diseases such as lung cancer, heart diseases and possibly death. As he increasingly indulge it he becomes a weak fellow to its enticement and obedient servant to its call.

Many individuals in an attempt to escape undesirable emotions depend on white rock ( cocaine) mixing it with caustic soda, marijuana and ecstasy. This chemical mixture of course bring them into a state of euphoria but slowly bring them down the plane of despair, regret, pain and suffering as it truncate their future, damage their hope and collapse their dreams. Such are those who end up putting their family on an emotional roller coaster as they await their recovery through the help of some rehabilitation experts. Many who are not lucky enough end up losing their lives to this deadly substances and they end up becoming one of the experimental species placed on some dissecting table before some anatomical pathologist. And many who accidentally kill people under the influence of some dangerous neuro-depressant drugs gets a long jail term. Many have lost touch with reality as a result of losing their five senses to drugs. Such are those who have become victims of psychosis. They hear sounds others can't hear, they see unreal images,smell things that aren't present, and feel bug bite underneath their  their skin. Their health, their social life , their career , cognitive abilities go down with every glass of tequila mixed with cannabis, cocaine or ecstasy. Many have become candidates of the morgue, many have been sent to rehabilitation centres and many end up in jail because of drugs and drug related crimes.

Despite the mountain of evidence about the negative impact of drug use, many people are still falling into the trap of drug addiction. Being aware of the consequences of drug can't solve this problem. Majority who fall into this trap are intellectually sound. Some doctors still smoke and drink alcohol excessively despite their knowledge about the negative impact of drug and alcohol on the health of an individual. What does this tell us? It means intellectual knowledge is not enough to stop people from starting the habit. For example Tom decided to smoke cannabis before his friends because he is afraid of being called a boy instead of a man. Jack who does not take alcohol but soda decided to prove a point by gulping 10 glasses of alcohol at a go in order to be applauded. The truth is the choice we make is influenced by how much we have grown emotionally. Majority of individuals spend most of their years accumulating knowledge but fail to utilise those knowledge as a result of being so emotionally weak. Methamphetamine or dry ice, chalk, crystal, meth , call it what you may can kill you. Cocaine a.k.a white rock can make you a candidate of the morgue , alcohol can send you to jail. The power to make choices still lies within every man. Before you take that drug weigh the consequences and see if is really worth the price of your eventual extinction.

                                                 DIGITAL ROBOT

 

Today man treat himself like a digital robot but sickness, pain, headache, stress reminds him that he is not made up of some metallic devices. The advancement of technology has brought changes in the condition of our environment, our health, our atmosphere, nature, and our planet. Man in his increasingly advancing urban environment is exposed to various kind of pollutants but he keep separating himself from the green (natural world) as he sees this as a prove of his intellectual growth. Asphalt, bitumen, coal tar in many homes and offices leave no space for green. Trees which provide environmental health benefit as it help trap green gas 

(CO2) in the atmosphere is disappearing and street lamps are taking their  place in many roads. The consequence of man's yearn for more power, control of his fellow man, wealth has led to the birth of many degenerative diseases which has kept our scientist too busy in many lab.  Ego, hate, greed has taken the place of common sense among CEO's of many billion dollar companies. Uncle Thomas who is the CEO of one of the billion dollar restaurants continue to feed people into becoming obese. Uncle Phillips who is the CEO of a major oil company continue to pollute the atmosphere with toxic green house gasses, marine ecosystem and land with toxic industrial runoff. Uncle Jone who is the CEO of one of the billion dollar pharmaceutical companies continue to manufacture drugs that lack active ingredients. Hence often fail to effect a cure. Isn't it obvious that all these ills are committed in order to keep many institutions in place ? Isn't it obvious that these industries are designed to fail in order to keep other institutions in place ? If uncle Phillip decided not to pollute the environment then the cancer institute will collapse. How, you may want to ask? If uncle Phillip decided to embrace environmental friendly technology, marine animals will be free from carcinogen and man will be free from getting cancer when he feeds on fishes. But this approach will cost our uncle Phillips too much as he works very hard to maintain a high profit margin, hence he prefers to pay fine to environmental protection agencies as he keep polluting the environment and as such keep expanding the cancer institutes and many pharmaceutical companies. Our uncle Thomas too continue to feed many with junks and also sending them to the ASSOCIATION OF OBESITY. If an idea is profitable to some billion dollar companies it doesn't matter hoe many people have to go down for them to climb and remain at the top of the socio-economy  ladder. It all boils down to money in the end of the day. Human lives have become nothing but a piece of commercial enterprise as greed, control and ego continue to fuel unhealthy competition among many billion dollar companies.

Scientist keep making research, telling us they got our back. Many today keep complaining of many diseases and wonder if genetic engineers can save them. The question is why do genetic engineers only cover problems but fail to stop the cause? Isn't  it because they also help to keep many billion dollars companies in place for them to stay in place too? Global warming which has become a global concern seems not to be above the control of our GENETIC MESSIAH as new methods of cooling the atmosphere from green gas emission has been introduced. Sulphur sun screen, carbon capture and storage, iron seeding, biochar are among the new technology that are introduced by some geoengineers to solve global warming. But the widely accepted idea happen to be biochar since every other methods have some relative disadvantages. For example iron seeding methods could lead to the acidification of the marine ecosystem as it requires the dumping of large amount of iron into the ocean to stimulate growth of phytoplankton which in turn help absorb CO2 from the atmosphere. Biochar which happen to be the widely accepted method of geoengineering the earth from the effect of global warming has raised lots of concern among many as they believe this method of cooling the earth could result into a full blown catastrophe in future still this method of cooling the earth continues and the billionaire oil corporations continue to support and invest heavily in this method in order to continue with their profit making but detrimental technologies. What is the effect of global cooling if global warming continue to be on the rise? Isn't it obvious that these billionaire oil corporations are in full support of this method of geoengineering the earth in order to shirk responsibility?  The truth is as mankind we have intellectually evolved and we are capable of a more environmental friendly technology but bad technologies.are kept in place in order to support the existence of many institutions and corporations. Take for instance if many oil companies embrace environmental friendly technologies then geoengineers will be out of business as a result of massive reduction of carbon dioxide emission in the atmosphere. If marine ecosystem suddenly becomes free from toxic industrial run off then many cancer institutes will fail to function. How , you may want to ask? - less and less people will be diagnosed with cancer as aquatic animals would be free from carcinogens.

Technology that pose great threat to human, forest health, animals, atmospheric health, planetary health continue to be funded and supported with no regard to human lives as long as some CAPITALIST GIANTS sees opportunity to increase their profit margin. The question is where are our scientist leading us? Many natural animals keep going on extinction as a result of many companies who make profit from animals skin, fur , tusks  and claws and they hope genetic engineers will help replace them through the process of genetic engineering ( cloning). Rhino's horn, elephants tusks, tigers skin, wolves skin now serve commercial purposes. The world is increasingly becoming more artificial as natural things go extinct. Today foods are grown in labs and injected with desirable traits as natural ones happen to be less beneficial as a result if exposure to toxic fertilizers and pests. The future holds a lot if hope for many drug addicts, alcohol addicts and nicotine addicts as scientist are working very hard to manufacture complex organs like heart, kidney and liver using stem cells from bone marrow. This technology is not bad in itself but it will surely encourage addiction among many youths in the future.

Today human beings are becoming more robotic and less human as a growing number of robotic companies are building tiny robotic devices ( bio-chips) that help detect and kill many form of cancer when implanted into a cancer patient. Also the robotic industry are working very hard to create tiny devices that can be implanted in the brain or body of human to help them operate computer systems, TV's and door ways without making physical contact with it. This technology is already happening. Human being are increasingly becoming CYBORGS ( cybernetic organisms). Some individuals have on them elements that belong in the lower end of the periodic table. Silicone breast, silicone buttocks, titanium hips, jaws, kneels, elbows are replacing the real ones. The often asked question  that have not generated response is " where are our scientist leading us?". The truth is as mankind the power to make choices lies within us. We can choose to make powerful and informed choices. We can choose to visit nature in order to connect with our true source and get away long enough from the highly polluted and chemical filled urban jungle. We can decide to make healthy food choices and avoid the trap of obesity. Purchasing power is the only power available to every consumers. You can choose to avoid the purchasing of animal coat, snake leather bag. Doing this will definitely reduce the killings of many animal species  by many who have become a threat to animals. You can choose to use your money wisely.

THE SUBCONCIOUS MIND: HOW WHAT YOU THINK DETERMINE WHAT YOU BECOME

Many writers have talked about how man is the creator of his destiny. They have talked about how man possess such great power within. They have talked about how man being the controller of his destiny can effect a change in his life. But they hardly tell us how man can make use of this power within him.  Many people from all walks of life,  work all day and night but have little to show for it.  They are hard workers, they work day and night to meet up with living standard yet no matter hard they work wealth seems to elude them and go into the hands of a few. Many seeing others prosper become angry,  jealous, covetous, resentful, envious, because what they strive to get a few others are getting it without working as hard as they do, without sweating their eye brows yet riches, wealth seems to locate their door steps. They seek for answers why majority fail to prosper and a few others easily attract wealth to themselves hence they conclude that they are just lucky,  they must have been unjust in their business dealings or God just chose to bless them because they must have been good people in their previous lives. 

 Man is the creator of his destiny because man has the power to alter his subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is a perfect memory.  It just follows order whether good or bad. The subconscious mind is like a fertile ground that convert every thought-seed into reality. As human when we leave our subconscious mind open to everyone disempowering thought,  weeds take root in our subconscious mind and it manifest in our lives as poverty, strive, pain, failure, dissappointment, lack and more. The subconcious mind works using the law of attraction. Every emotionalized thought takes it root in the subconcious mind and it is converted into physical reality. Your belief has its root in your subconcious mind. Many people further strengthen their belief system when they filter new thought to match with the pre-existing belief system. New belief is gathered from New experience which people filter to fit with their pre-existing belief system. Hence a man can only change his belief system by consciously directing the thought he impress on his subconcious mind since beliefs are made from thoughts. As he consciously gathers new thought a new belief is formed in his subconcious mind which is   further strengthened as he provides new evidence which match or supports the new pre-existing belief system. As he consciously direct his thoughts to strengthen this new belief the old belief system gradually weaken and is finally lost.  This is how a man can change limiting belief system which has taken root in his subconcious mind into empowering belief system which make him attract the things he really wants to attract in life.  As man our thought, belief,  behaviour take their root in our subconcious mind.  

The subconcious mind is powerful and man has the power to influence his subconcious mind. Since the subconcious mind work based on the law of attraction,  what you constantly think about,  you attract. The Bible says as a man thinketh so he is. You become what you think. Man himself is thought. As thought (man) you attract similar thought (man). You are made from thought. Your belief is made from thought. Law of attraction says like attract like. Hence what you attract into your life is what you are.  You attract people, opportunities,  ideas,  events, thought, belief, into your life based on who you are,  based on the quality of you. Have you ever wondered why someone you discuss with some friends suddenly shows up? This is the power of attraction. Speaking ill of money,  saying hateful things about those who have money,  being happy when a wealthy person suddenly fall into debt,  silently wishing that the rich becomes poor,  make such person who indulge such thoughts poor. Thus is because this kind of thoughts further repel such person from what they really want. They want money but they speak ill of money and speak ill of those who have money or those who are wealthy forgetting that money or wealth also obeys the law of attraction thus the very thing they want they never attract. The belief that their is virtue in poverty create more poverty in the life of the man that indulge such thoughts because as he thinks he becomes and what he becomes he attract. In life you don't attract what you want ,you attract what you are.

Man is beyond the physical being. You are not just made of tissue, bone and flesh. There is more to you. Man is made of thought. This is why similar thoughts attracts. Most time it is not money that draw people to people, it is personality that draws people to people. A millionaire may feel a sense of repulsion with his old school friend who is still struggling in poverty not because of the million he possess but because of the gap in thought which further repels him from associating with  that friend. Another millionaire may feel a sense of attraction with his old school friend who is poor because their thought attract. Their personality attract. This is because this person does not condemn riches. This person has built himself but is yet to get the riches in the physical. Jealousy,  envy, covetousness, and other destructive emotions that cause the eruption of negative field of energy is not part of him because he has discovered his purpose in life. Hence the discovery of purpose makes him mind his business, such that he doesn't seek for the fall of others but for the good of others.You are what you think. What you think is what you become. The power to direct your life lies within you. When you learn to alter your subconcious mind,  and consciously direct your thought you will change your out look about life and you will change your life because that which you think, you attract into your life.I dedicate this article to the Almighty God.
